Petromin PetroCut NCF

DESCRIPTION
Petromin PetroCut Neat Cutting oil is transparent premium quality multipurpose chlorine free Oil. It is formulated from high quality base stocks and a combination of passive and extreme pressure additive package specially developed for cutting oils used in severe operations such as broaching, drilling, deep drilling, cutting and tapping, in addition to general machine operation. This cutting oil is extremely effective at providing rust and corrosion protection of parts, cutting tools, and the machine. Petromin PetroCut oil is multipurpose because it can be used as hydraulic oil, machine lube, and cutting oil in machine tools such as CNC & automatic screw machines.

APPLICATIONS

broaching of a wide varity of metals. Used with various alloys of aluminuium, copper, brass, and magnesium. It is excellent in tapping and external threading of cast iron and alloys of copper & magnesium. Also used in hobbing & gundrilling of high machineability carbon steels and other alloys. Widely used in grinding of wide variety of metals & automatic screw machining in NC / CNC machining centers.
