The company is managed by a board of directors consisting of five members; three from Saudi
Aramco and two from ExxonMobil. The board of directors appoint the President & CEO of the
company whose duties and authorities are stated in the company's work regulations. The
management assists the President & CEO in performing the daily operations of the company.
